Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data PremierImobil processes through the premierimobil.md website, in line with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova.
Who processes the data
The data controller is PremierImobil, a real estate agency in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. You can write to us about your data at any time: 078992014.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the forms, plus the technical minimum the website needs to work:
- The request form (on a listing page and on Contact): your name, phone, e-mail and message (the last two optional), the listing you write about, the page and language, and when you gave your consent.
- The mortgage form (/mortgage and under a listing): your name, phone, loan type, whether you are officially employed, the down payment and the calculator figures, the page and language, and when you gave your consent.
- Technical data: your IP address, used only at the moment of sending, to limit how many requests come from the same address (spam protection). We do not store it with your request.
- Listing views: counted once per browser session, without identifying you.
What we do not collect
We use no traffic analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Favourites saved without an account stay only in your browser.
Why we use it
- so that an agent can contact you about the listing or your request (basis: your consent, given with the checkbox in the form);
- to help you with a mortgage, if you asked for it (basis: your consent);
- to protect the forms from spam and abuse (basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure).
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it
- the agents and administrators of PremierImobil, in the internal dashboard, only as far as your request needs;
- administrators get a notification about a new request through Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.);
- Cloudflare, Inc. — if the Turnstile anti-bot protection is on, it checks the browser when a form is sent; Cloudflare also stores the listing photos;
- the hosting provider of the servers running the website and the database;
- a partner bank, only for a mortgage request and only if you ask us to pass it on;
- public authorities, only when the law requires it.
Some of these providers process data outside the Republic of Moldova. We only use providers that offer data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
- website requests and mortgage requests: as long as needed to answer and follow up, but no longer than 3 years after our last contact with you; then we delete or anonymise them;
- test or spam requests: deleted;
- session and form protection (cookies): at most 7 days.
Your rights
Under Law No. 133/2011 you have the right:
- to know whether we process data about you and which data (access);
- to ask for it to be corrected, deleted or blocked;
- to object to the processing and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before;
- not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing;
- to complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md) or to a court.
How to ask for deletion or a copy of your data
Write to us or call us (078992014) and give the name and phone number you used in the form. We reply within 15 working days. So that we do not hand your data to someone else, we may call you back on the number from the request to confirm.
Children
The website is not aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change how we process data, we update this page and the date below.
