By using the premierimobil.md website you accept the terms below. The website is run by PremierImobil, a real estate agency in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
What the website offers
The website shows property listings for sale and rent published by our agents, a mortgage calculator and forms to ask for details or a viewing. Using the website is free.
Listings and prices
- The information in listings (price, area, description, photos) is for information only and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
- A listing is not a binding offer. The final price and terms are agreed directly with the owner, through our agent.
- The address shown is approximate (without the house number); the agent gives you the exact address.
- We do our best to keep the data correct, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date at all times. Check it before making a decision.
The mortgage calculator
The calculator figures are estimates, not a loan offer. The actual offer comes from the bank after it reviews your application.
The forms
- Send only real data about yourself. Do not use the forms for advertising, spam or on behalf of someone else without their consent.
- We may limit or block automated or abusive submissions.
- How we use the data you send: the Privacy policy.
What you may not do
- copy listings, photos or texts in bulk (including with automated tools) or publish them elsewhere without our written consent;
- try to get around the website’s protections or disrupt it.
Rights in the content
The texts, photos, logo and design of the website belong to PremierImobil or to those who allowed us to use them. You may share them by the page link (including the share buttons).
Liability
We are not liable for losses from using information on the website without checking it with the agent, for temporary interruptions of the website or for the content of external websites linked from it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. We first try to settle any dispute amicably; otherwise, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
